Valourguard Protection is a new concept in the security industry. We are taking our expertise from military and law enforcement service and putting it to work in the private sector to provide the highest and most professional level of service possible from a private security business in Ontario. Gone are the days of having a “warm body” to protect your property and assets. When you hire Valourguard, you are asking for a higher standard. That is exactly what you will receive. In our mission to provide the best and most knowledgeable security services to our clients we have taken several steps to ensure this is possible. Using our methods of service, our clients know they are number one and they are the priority. We ensure this standard using the following methods. 

Training. At Valourguard our security professionals undergo annual training in first aid, by law enforcement, use of force and law as it pertains to the trespass to property act of Ontario and the criminal code of Canada. All members are licensed within the province of Ontario and have completed the mandatory Security Officer Training Course.

Knowledge/Experience. Knowledge and experience are gained through life and professional experience. Our security professionals are military veterans and former law enforcement officials. You cannot learn what these people offer through a textbook or online course. Real life experience and knowledge to bring excellence to your situation. 

Client Cap. The client cap as we call it, refers to the fact we are not just in the business to make money and disappear. Of course, we want to be a successful business and to do that, you must make money. However. Our promise to our clients is simple. We will never bite off more than we can chew. We will not bring in new clients or more business that we are not ready and equipped to service. Meaning, if we do not have enough staff, equipment or resources to continue to over service our current clients and bring on new clients, we will not bring on new clients. We will offer a referral to a Valourguard trusted company should this situation arise. Our clients need to know that we have the time and ability to service them above and beyond expectation. 

Professionalism. The very site of a Valourguard security professional commands respect from those around them. From our modern uniforms to our fully marked patrol vehicles and most importantly, the professional, confident and approachable way our professionals carry themselves. Our uniforms are clean, pressed and boots are polished. Our members uniforms match and must be worn in full at all times when on duty serving our clients. Our uniforms and patrol vehicles have been approved by the province of Ontario for use.
